Canary Capital is set to debut the Canary Litecoin ETF and Canary HBAR ETF, marking the first-ever U.S. exchange-traded funds for the two cryptocurrencies. Both will begin trading on Nasdaq on Tuesday.

Regulatory Flexibility Enables Launch

The ETFs were made possible by new SEC guidance allowing S-1 filings to proceed without delay, even amid the federal shutdown. Canary filed the necessary Form 8-A documents earlier this week.
