CleanCore Expands DOGE Treasury
CleanCore Solutions announced it has increased its Dogecoin holdings to 710 million tokens, worth roughly $188 million. The company’s goal is to accumulate 1 billion DOGE, positioning itself as a long-term institutional holder of the meme-inspired cryptocurrency.
CEO Clayton Adams said the company is also working with the SEC to register shares from a $175 million private placement. Many of those shares are currently restricted or held by early backers tied to the House of Doge — the corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation.
Treasury and Ecosystem Strategy
CleanCore says it aims to advance Dogecoin’s ecosystem through structured governance and yield-focused treasury management. The company joins a growing list of digital asset treasuries pursuing similar models, as more than 200 firms have adopted crypto-based balance sheet strategies this year.
DOGE is currently trading around $0.26, according to The Block’s price data.
