Forward accumulated more than 6.8 million SOL at an average price of 232 dollars. With SOL now trading near 124 dollars, the firm is under pressure to strengthen its long term strategy.

Navi will oversee treasury management, validator operations, and new yield opportunities designed to increase SOL per share. Forward says his experience in venture investing and Solana focused strategies aligns with its long term goals.

ParaFi has invested in Forward as well as other Solana treasury companies, including Sharps Technology and Sol Strategies.

Forward Builds Broader Advisory Structure

The company has also formed a 25 member crypto advisory board drawn from DeFi, Solana, and traditional finance. Forward says both the new hire and new board reflect its plan to build the most active public Solana treasury company.
