- Ondo now accepts tokenized stocks as collateral.

- The move expands real-world asset utility.
Ondo Finance has introduced a new feature allowing traders to use tokenized stocks as collateral for perpetual futures trading, marking another step forward for tokenized real-world assets.
The functionality is currently available to pre-alpha users of Ondo Perps, where eligible traders can use tokenized equities to gain exposure to perpetual futures tied to stocks, commodities, and exchange-traded funds.
The platform offers around-the-clock trading outside the U.S. and several restricted jurisdictions, with leverage of up to 20x available on supported markets.
Ondo says the feature improves capital efficiency by allowing investors to keep their tokenized assets productive instead of selling them before opening new trading positions.
The company is also rewarding early adopters with a $150,000 USDC incentive program as it continues expanding its tokenized securities ecosystem.
