WisdomTree Expands Beyond EVM Chains
WisdomTree has extended its complete suite of tokenized investment funds to the Solana blockchain, marking one of its largest non-EVM deployments to date. The expansion allows both retail and institutional investors to access WisdomTree’s tokenized products directly on Solana rather than through Ethereum-based networks.
The firm already operates across several blockchains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Optimism, and Stellar. Adding Solana reflects a broader push to meet demand from crypto-native users while maintaining regulatory standards required by institutions.
What Investors Can Access on Solana
WisdomTree’s tokenized offerings on Solana include money market funds, equities, fixed income strategies, alternatives, and asset allocation products. Investors can also use the firm’s stablecoin conversion services for USDC and PYUSD, allowing easier movement between fiat-linked assets and onchain funds.
Institutional clients using the WisdomTree Connect platform will now be able to mint tokenized funds directly on Solana. Subject to internal controls, they can also interact with Solana-native protocols and self-custody holdings using Solana wallets.
Solana’s Growing Role in Tokenization
According to RWA.xyz, Solana hosts more than $1.3 billion in tokenized real-world assets, making it one of the fastest-growing chains for tokenization. WisdomTree currently manages over $772 million in tokenized assets across all supported networks, including flagship products like its Government Money Market Digital Fund.
The move reinforces Solana’s position as a key settlement layer for regulated onchain financial products.
