AI Meets Self-Custody Wallets
Trust Wallet has launched a new toolkit that allows AI agents to execute crypto transactions on behalf of users. The system, called the Trust Wallet Agent Kit, enables automation across more than 25 blockchains.
These agents can perform tasks such as trading, transferring assets, managing recurring buys, and executing cross-chain swaps across networks like Bitcoin and Solana.
Two Modes of Control
Users can choose between two operating models. In one, the AI agent has its own wallet and can execute transactions automatically based on predefined rules. In the other, the agent suggests actions that require user approval before execution.
This structure allows users to balance convenience with control, keeping self-custody at the core.
Step Toward Automated Finance
The launch reflects a broader trend of combining AI with crypto infrastructure. By enabling agents to actively manage portfolios, Trust Wallet is moving toward a future where users delegate routine financial actions to intelligent systems.
