Sonali Theisen has been named Head of Global Digital Assets Platform, where she will oversee the development, governance, and expansion of the bank's blockchain infrastructure. Her work will focus on stablecoins, tokenized deposits, digital collateral, crypto custody, and blockchain-based trade settlement.

Meanwhile, Kevin Milsom has been appointed Head of AI Transformation and will lead the rollout of artificial intelligence across the bank's global markets business.
