Crypto Payments Coming to Detroit

Starting in 2025, Detroit residents will be able to pay their taxes and city fees using cryptocurrency via PayPal. The initiative, managed by Detroit’s Office of the Treasury, makes Detroit the largest U.S. city to adopt a crypto payment option, following the footsteps of Miami Lakes, Florida, and other regions.
