Robinhood reported that prediction markets generated more revenue than both cryptocurrency and stock trading during the second quarter.

The company earned $156 million from event contracts, compared with $100 million from crypto trading and $129 million from equities.

Overall transaction-based revenue climbed 44% year-over-year to $776 million, while total revenue reached $1.31 billion. Net income increased 48% to $573 million.

Robinhood also highlighted strong early growth for Robinhood Chain, which has already processed more than $12 billion in decentralized exchange volume and surpassed 150 million transactions since launch.
