- Nearly 1 million wallets are holding losses on Trump's memecoin.
- Combined losses total $3.81 billion.
- Most profits went to early buyers.
- Trump's financial disclosures showed hundreds of millions in token-related income.
Nearly two-thirds of all wallets that purchased President Donald Trump's official TRUMP memecoin are currently at a loss, according to new blockchain data from Nansen.
The report estimates that 988,905 wallets have accumulated a combined $3.81 billion in realized and unrealized losses since the token launched in January 2025. Meanwhile, fewer than 500,000 wallets remain profitable, with gains totaling roughly $4.04 billion.
Most of those profits were earned by early buyers who entered before the token rapidly surged shortly after launch. Since then, TRUMP has fallen around 97% from its all-time high.
The findings come just days after Trump's latest financial disclosure revealed a $636 million payout tied to the memecoin, alongside more than $1.4 billion in total crypto-related income during 2025.
Nansen also found that the majority of wallets trading World Liberty Financial's WLFI token are currently in the red, highlighting the broader decline across Trump-linked crypto projects.
